We want you to love it before you buy it and due to the select nature of our product, our return policy is as follows:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange it for anything else in the store within 14 DAYS of the ARRIVAL DATE of your package, in unworn & unwashed condition. A merchandise credit will be given when an exchange isn't applicable. We DO NOT offer refunds.

** All apothecary, food items, vintage & gently used items are exchange or in-store credit ONLY and must be  - No returns on these items.  Items must be unused and in original condition **

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item please quickly send us an email at info@southernpinesgoods.com. Once contact has been initiated, you can return your item to the address listed below. 

Remember, you have 14 days to send us confirmation that your package has been shipped. Once we receive that confirmation, we will put the item on hold you're wishing to exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The exchange process timeline will vary depending on your distance from our store. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. For items over $300, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Limited Product

Limited edition product is subject to its own set of rules. Please find this in the product description. (Normal exchange policy applies unless otherwise listed)

Cancelled Orders:

Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. The process of fulfillment begins the moment the order is placed. Due to this and the credit card fees charged to the business, items must be received and returned for store credit if you no longer want your order. We will not field any calls or emails related to cancelling an order.
